What stays on your computer

The projects you create, the pages you scrape and the files you export are saved on your own computer. We never receive them.

What the app sends us

An anonymous install id, the app version, your plan and licence email (if you bought a plan), and simple counters (for example how many rows were exported), so we can deliver updates, check licences and stop trial abuse. If the app crashes it may send an anonymous error signature (file and line, no content).

This website

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you click Download we record a short-lived anonymous marker (no IP address stored) so the app you install opens in the right edition.

Payments

Payments are handled by our online reseller (Merchant of Record). We receive your name, email, country and the plan you bought — never your full card details.

Google Sheets export

If you click "Open in Google Sheets", the app asks Google for the drive.file permission only: it can create and update only the spreadsheets it makes for you and cannot see your other files. The token stays on your computer and files go straight from your computer to your Google Drive. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI features

When you use AI features, the text needed for the task is sent to the AI service you chose (your own key) or to our free AI starter on Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not store the text or the answers — only counters, to show limits and stop misuse.
