These terms cover the Smart Scraper Studio desktop app, its free Chrome extension and this website. The software is made and sold by S.M. Suvo Ahmed, a sole trader trading as HireWebScraper, Bogura, Bangladesh ("we"). Contact: hello@hirewebscraper.com.

Licence

A paid plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own computer for the period you paid for. You may not resell, rent or share your licence key.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you collect and how you use it. You agree to collect only data you are allowed to collect and to follow the law and each website's terms. You must not use Smart Scraper Studio to:

• collect personal data without a lawful basis, or build lists for spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• get past logins, paywalls, captchas or other security checks, or overload a website;
• copy content in a way that breaks copyright or database rights;
• do anything illegal, harmful or deceptive.

The app slows down on busy sites and skips pages that show a security check. We may end a licence that is used against these rules.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds for them. Free trial

The free trial includes a limited number of rows so you can test the app. One trial per computer.

AI features

Some features use AI models, either a small free AI starter we provide or your own AI provider key (then that provider's terms apply). AI answers can be wrong — check important results.

Updates and availability

We improve the app often. Websites change, so we cannot promise that every site will always work. If a site you need stops working, write to us and we will try to fix it.

No warranty, limited liability

The software is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced on this page before they apply.
