If Smart Scraper Studio is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (Starter, Pro or AI, monthly or yearly) and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge surprised you, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it.

Something not working?

Tell us first — we usually fix problems within a day. If we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part of your plan, even after 14 days.

How to ask

Email hello@hirewebscraper.com with the email you used to pay. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Orders placed through our online reseller (Merchant of Record) are refunded by that reseller, which also handles customer service for those orders.
